Who runs this site

EDON Consulting is run by Kaveh Asadzamaneh (Kave Asad), Espoo, Finland. Write to info@edon.fi about anything on this page.

What this site collects

As little as it can. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and to protect the site from abuse, as described under Hosting below. Beyond that, we only receive what you choose to send us. There is no advertising, no tracking and no analytics cookie on this site.

If you request the Turnaround Toolkit

We store your name, your email address, the moment you gave consent and the wording you agreed to. We use them to give you access to the files, and to email you only to deliver the toolkit or to respond to your support requests about this download. We do not use them for a newsletter or any other marketing. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us; withdrawing does not affect what happened before. The data is stored in a Cloudflare database in the EU. We keep it while it is useful for that purpose and delete it no later than two years after our last contact with you, or sooner if you ask.

To keep automated abuse out, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots. After you submit the form, a small cookie keeps the download page open for you. It does nothing else and is not used to track you.

If you switch between the light and dark theme, that choice is kept in your own browser and is never sent to us.

If you book a call

Booking runs on Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com receives your name, your email address and anything you add to the booking, and shares them with us to set up the meeting. Cal.com has its own privacy terms.

If you write to us

When you email info@edon.fi or kave.asad@edon.fi, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply and to continue the conversation you started, which is our legitimate interest in answering you, or a step you asked for before an engagement. Our email is handled by Zoho Mail in its EU data centre. We keep correspondence while the conversation is relevant and delete it when it is not.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and to protect the site from abuse. We do not use that data to identify you.

Links to LinkedIn, Cal.com and to email open other services, which have their own privacy terms.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to info@edon.fi. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi.
