The philosophy

Most consulting ends at the recommendation because that is where the commercial model ends. The analysis is billable, the arguing is not, and the implementation belongs to somebody else's budget. Everyone knows this and almost nobody says it.

EDON is built the other way round. The engagement is scoped to the change, not to the document, and it ends when the thing works.

Why that is possible now and was not before

Applied generative AI collapses the part of consulting that used to justify the pyramid: the gathering, the structuring, the first draft. What is left is judgement and delivery, and those do not need a hundred people.

That is the whole argument for a senior-only firm. It is not a claim about working harder. It is a claim about what the work now costs to do properly.

What that means for you

The people who scope the work do the work. Your team keeps the toolkit and the method, not a dependency. And when something is not ours to take on, we say so early and point you at who should have it.
